New 2023 Chrysler 300 Redesign, Review, Price

New 2023 Chrysler 300 Redesign, Review, Price – Chrysler’s flagship 300 is back with the same features as last year. The manufacturer may be reluctant to redesign its full-size sedans, but the New 2023 Chrysler 300 is still very appealing due to its modest price. The predominantly rear-wheel-drive sedan offers a powerful 292-horsepower V6 engine or a more stylish 363-hp V8.

It has enough power to move around town in style and speed. Although its styling is a bit outdated compared to modern competitors like the Kia Cadenza and Chevrolet Impala, it appeals to those with the money to buy it. These buyers won’t be offended by the lack of standard high-tech gadgets, as they would for those from the younger generation.

Exterior Design

The New 2023 Chrysler 300 is well into its second decade. However, it still retains an elegant, but somewhat more refined, appearance. The front fascia, which features a wide black grille and bright chrome surrounds that match the dual exhausts’ chrome tips, isn’t as aggressive as some modern competitors.

The front fascia has LED taillights and automatic halogen headlights that sit astride it. The 300S gets LED fog lights and a chrome surround around the black grille. This matches the chrome wing badge. The Limited retains the chrome surround but replaces it with a Granite Crystal grille.

The 300C is the highest-end model and comes with adaptive bi-xenon HID lights and a platinum grille. The base model has 17-inch alloy wheels. The Touring L and higher models get 19-inch wheels. The 300C has the most oversized 20-inch items. The Chrysler 300 is a large sedan that stands 198.6 inches in length and has a wide 120.2-inch wheelbase.

Although it is only 58.5 inches tall, all-wheel-drive increases its height to 59.2 inches. It is 75 inches wide, without mirrors, and can be challenging to park. The sedan is heavy, but its curb weight is not too different at 4,013 lbs to 4,380 lbs. This sedan is more severe than comparable large sedans such as the Kia Cadenza, weighing 3,633 and 3,799 lbs.

Interior Design

The sedan’s interior is a blast from the past. Although the New 2023 Chrysler 300 has received minor upgrades over the past decade, the 300 still looks great. It doesn’t lack a touch of old-school charm and top-quality materials. Although the lower trims lack many features, the upper edges have most of what you’d expect from a modern vehicle. The controls are well laid out, and the infotainment system is straightforward to use. But, again, this speaks to the vehicle’s more superficial, older-world roots.

The interior is spacious and can accommodate up to five people. The seats are incredibly comfortable, with as much legroom as the front and back. Thanks to its lounge-like feel, the interior is so comfortable that long drives are more enjoyable than frustrating. Headroom is not as generous as you might think.

There’s also less space in the back seats for three adults, so it might be difficult to squeeze them all back there if they are taller than you. There are only eight ways to adjust the power, and there is no lumbar support. It can also be challenging to find the ideal driving position. It is easy to get in, thanks to the wide-opening doors and low step-in.

New 2023 Chrysler 300 Engine

The majority of the New 2023 Chrysler 300 range’s 3.6-liter V6 engine is under the hood. It delivers 292 horsepower and 260 lb. ft to the rear wheels. There is also an option for all-wheel drive the 300S increases this powertrain’s output to 300 hp and 264 lb. ft. Although not impressive, the powertrain is powerful enough to move the sedan around town in relative ease. It is not difficult to pass on the highway, although it will require you to step a little more boldly on your pedal.

The 300S comes with a 5.7-liter V8 engine, which is standard on the 300C. It delivers 363 horsepower and 394 lb. ft to the rear wheels. The sedan can easily glide around the city and on the highway thanks to the additional power. The added paddle shifters make merging and passing easy and give you more control when your automatic gearbox is indecisive. It has a lot of old-school noise and torque, which is why it’s so unique to modern cookie-cutter competitors.
